  2.  Having visited thousands of houses and reviewed just as many inspection reports of every variety, we are confident in our ability to prescreen homes for potential issues. Having an agent that knows what questions to ask and what inspections to advise you to order is one of the most important aspects of purchasing a home.  We are experts at recognizing red flags that may signal major drainage, foundation, roof or other issues that should be further investigated by a specialist.
